Please be advised of the following important registration details: Pre-registration Deadline: June 16th, 2026 (After this date, on-site registration rates will apply)
Registration Requirement for Authors with Accepted Papers
To present your paper at ITC-CSCC 2026, each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Full Registration, regardless of the author's title or affiliation (professor, student, etc.)
However, if the same author has multiple accepted papers, you are not required to pay a Full Registration fee for every paper. Instead, the following rule applies:
Registration Policy (Simplified):

| 1 Paper | 1×Full Registration |
| 2 Papers (same author) | 1×Full Registration + 1×Student Registration |
| 3 Papers (same author) | 1×Full Registration + 2×Student Registrations |
* A Full Registration is always required at least once, even for student authors.
* From the second paper onward, you may register those papers with Student Registration, only if the presenting or corresponding author is the same person.
* This policy is designed to support authors submitting multiple papers while ensuring fair participation.
