Registration and Payment Procedure
1. Access the Website: Go to https://itc-cscc2026.ecti-thailand.org/, click on the "Registration" menu. Select the Conference: Click on "ITC-CSCC 2026" and enter your email address to receive a registration link.
Important Note: Authors must use the same email address that was used for their paper submission.
2. Select Your Paper (If Applicable): If you are an author, please select the paper title you wish to register and click "Apply registration".
Important Note: You can also inform us of your Paper ID by sending an email to ecti.payment@gmail.com with your successful registration confirmation email attached.
3. Fill in Personal Information: Complete the personal information form and click "Confirm".
4. Provide Payment Information:
- Select your registration type and rate.
- Members and students must upload proof of their status (e.g., membership or student ID card).
- Enter the billing address for the invoice/receipt.
5. Review and Confirm: Carefully review the payment summary. If all information is correct, click "Confirm".
6. Choose Payment Method: You can choose to pay via Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
7. Bank Transfer Payment: After selecting the Bank Transfer (TT) payment method, you can transfer your registration fee using the bank account details below:

Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference proceedings in flash drive, coffee break, lunch, and banquet.
Payment method details and cancellation and refund policy will be announced later.

After completing the transfer, please upload the proof of payment file (.jpg or .png) and fill in the transfer date to confirm your payment.
8. Credit Card Payment: Select the "E-Banking" and "Credit Card" option. A payment pop-up window will appear. Enter your card details:
Important Note: For international participants, if your credit card payment fails, please contact your issuing bank for assistance.
9. Completion: Once your payment is successful, your registration will be submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To cancel your registration, please send a cancellation request to the Secretariat via email: ecti.payment@gmail.com.
- A refund will be issued minus any applicable credit card fees and a processing fee if the cancellation is requested on or before July 10, 2026.
- No refunds or cancellations will be processed after July 10, 2026.
- Refunds are not available for No-Shows at the conference.
