Publication Tracks
The ITC-CSCC 2026 organizing committee invites researchers and practitioners to submit their latest research findings through two distinct submission tracks, each offering unique publication opportunities and advantages.
Submission Tracks
Track 1: Conference Paper Track (Regular Papers)
Authors are invited to submit original research papers of up to six pages, including references, and will undergo the full review process at least 3 reviewers, for presentation at the conference venue. This track provides an excellent opportunity to share insights with the international research community and receive valuable feedback. All accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® digital library, ensuring wide visibility and accessibility of your research, and are subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
As an additional benefit, authors of the top-performing papers will receive invitations to submit extended versions to the AEU journal (WoS-Q2) following the conference. These extended manuscripts should incorporate at least 50% additional content, including deeper analysis and expanded discussion of the research findings. Selected papers will undergo an expedited review process at the journal.
Track 2: Journal Paper Track (Direct Journal Publication)
For authors seeking immediate journal publication, we offer a special track in collaboration with the ECTI Transactions on EEC and ECTI Transactions on CIT journals (SJR-Q3). Manuscripts submitted to this track may be up to ten pages, including references, and will undergo the full journal review process (at least 3 reviewers). Authors should submit through the respective journal's submission system, selecting "ITC-CSCC 2026" during submission.
This track allows authors to receive final decisions before the regular paper track deadline. This means that if a paper is not accepted in the journal track, authors can resubmit their work to the regular conference track. Please note that for accepted journal papers, at least one author must register for and present the work at ITC-CSCC 2026 for the paper to be published in the journal.
