Presentation Guidelines
ITC-CSCC 2026 Presentation Guidelines
There are two presentation styles outlined below:
1. Oral Presentations
- - Please arrive in the session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins and introduce yourself to the Session Chair.
- - Submit your presentation slides by bringing your PowerPoint (PPT) file on a USB drive. Ensure that you upload it to the computer in your session room and confirm that it is working properly. This step is crucial, so please pay close attention to this timeframe. The visual equipment provided will be a beam projector.
- - The time allocation, including discussion, is as follows: 15 minutes per presenter (Special + Regular Sessions), which includes a 3-minute Q&A session.
2. Poster Presentations
Please prepare your poster to fit the following specifications and attach it to the poster board in your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins. After the session ends, please remove your poster immediately. The poster board will measure 100 x 200 cm and will be set up in your presentation room.
Authors (or presenters) are expected to follow these guidelines:
- 1. Set up your poster in advance of the session.
- 2. Remain present with your poster throughout the poster session.
- 3. Present and explain your paper to the audience.
- 4. A Session Chair will check your poster. If your poster is not displayed, it will be reported as a no-show, and your paper will not be eligible for publication.
